This check confirms the authenticity of degrees, certifications, and other academic or professional credentials, as well highlighting if a candidate has declared fake qualifications or an unaccredited diploma mill.

By directly contacting educational institutions, certification bodies, and other relevant authorities, a qualification check ensures that the qualifications listed on a candidate’s CV are genuine and accurately represented. How it Works​

Results​

A result of ‘Verified’ means the qualification check was verified by the educational institution.

A result of ‘Rejected’ could mean that incorrect information may have been submitted by the candidate or a fake qualification/unaccredited diploma mill has been identified. There will be a notes section which will explain the reason for rejection.

If a candidate states they do not have a qualification, the results will be displayed as ‘Candidate has indicated they have no degree qualification.’
