Technical Support
To raise any software issues, click the Support button then ask your question. If the assistant can’t help, a support agent will join.

Data Check Processing Requests/Queries
You may also need to contact us regarding checks you need to initiate or query the progress of.
These can be raised by:
- Click the Access Digital Assistant icon in the bottom-right of the Screening software
- Request a manual check or help with a background check
- Enter details and submit
